Madore Landscaping offers leveling sand.  This sand type is your perfect choice to create a stable bedding layer under pavers (patios, walkways, driveways)  and to create a smooth surface, prevent uneven settling, and aid drainage. It is also used to fill joints between pavers and to topdress/level uneven lawns, particularly for filling low spots to promote smooth turf and better grass growth.

  • How much do I need?

    Wondering how much material you'll need for your project?  Please visit our material calculator page where you will find your answers.

  • Delivery trucks:

    Mason dump - up to 4 yards,

    Single axle truck - 4-9 yards,

    Triaxle - 10+ yards

  • How is this product sold?

    Our sand is sold by the cubic yard, (3ft x 3ft x 3ft), we do not sell by the bag.

  • How can I get it?

    Delivery: Monday - Saturday.

    Pickup:  Saturdays. 

    At checkout conveniently select our calendar a date and time that works for you. 

    Our material yard is conveniently located right off of Rt. 9 in Haddam, CT.
